The Security Officer – Part-Time, Concealed Carry Permit role is onsite at a government location in Detroit, MI. Pay is $21.05 per hour. The schedule is Monday and Friday, 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m. The officer supports Allied Universal’s government-site security services. The officer helps safeguard the site by monitoring access, patrolling assigned areas, responding to incidents, and documenting observations. Customer service and clear communication are part of maintaining a safe and orderly environment for visitors, employees, and the public.

What you'll do

• Provide customer service and carry out site security procedures
• monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and maintain visitor records
• respond calmly to incidents and critical situations, notify appropriate personnel, and document activities
• conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas and perimeters
• prepare reports and communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
