Business Development Representative, Outside Sales

What you'll do

• Conduct outside sales activities, including employer-group visits, table days, seminars, webinars, community events, and sponsorship opportunities
• create campaigns and events supporting membership and product goals
• develop relationships with employer groups and community contacts
• cultivate dealership relationships and onboard dealers
• achieve budgeted volume objectives while following credit-quality guidelines
• assist with department planning and budgeting
• track activities using standardized methods.
