What you'll do

• Prepare and assemble charcuterie boards, boxes, cups, and catering items
• follow production guides, portion sizes, and presentation standards
• slice and arrange meats, cheeses, and produce
• maintain food safety and sanitation
• support kitchen prep and production
• label, package, and stage orders
• organize inventory, stock, and rotate products
• assist with off-site catering setups when needed
• communicate with the team to complete orders on time.
