What you'll do

• Provide individual and family counseling
• respond to crises and support intervention
• conduct assessments and triage
• consult with school staff
• provide information, referrals, and referral-readiness support
• maintain case and program records
• facilitate psycho-educational groups
• collaborate with the School Social Worker and participate in school meetings and committees as appropriate.
