What you'll do

• Welcome customers and explain services
• resolve complaints and damage claims
• supervise, hire, train, schedule, and evaluate employees
• prepare payroll and maintain employee files
• oversee service bay execution
• monitor sales and inventory reports
• manage cash handling, deposits, and closeouts
• maintain inventory, site cleanliness, safety, tools, and equipment
• support local marketing and community activities
• maintain required records and postings.
