The Principal Account Executive - Enterprise is a remote role based in San Juan, PR. The base salary range is $145,000 - $160,000 per year, with an OTE of $290,000 - $320,000, supporting the Enterprise sales team at iCIMS. This role targets large enterprise accounts to help them unlock their potential in talent acquisition. The executive develops and executes value-based sales plans, manages the entire sales process, and achieves sales quotas for new logo accounts.
What you'll do
- Researches target accounts to identify decision-makers.
- Builds sales funnels through prospecting efforts.
- Partners with sales development and presales teams.
- Leverages CRM for pipeline accuracy.
- Crafts value-based proposals.
- Leads the entire sales process including RFP/RFI and final contract.
- Consistently achieves sales quotas.
