Lead Esthetician

Job overview

The Lead Esthetician works onsite in Rochester, NY; compensation is $18–$22 per hour. Restore Hyper Wellness provides retail alternative health and wellness services, with a goal of making its wellness modalities accessible and helping clients feel and perform better. The lead esthetician provides skin-health services and consultations while supporting staff training, treatment-room readiness, and store operations. The role builds a client base, maintains service records and appointments, and introduces clients to esthetic services and other wellness modalities that may complement their experience.

What you'll do

• Attend monthly esthetician calls and share updates and protocol changes with management and staff
• ensure estheticians are trained on new protocols and products
• ensure treatment rooms have supplies and required materials
• work with management on staff evaluations and disciplinary action
• perform consultations and administer Cryoskin and other esthetic services
• build and maintain a client base
• maintain session records
• schedule, confirm, and cancel appointments
• clean and maintain equipment and treatment areas
• sell esthetic services and cross-sell other modalities that may enhance services
• maintain and order supplies
• educate clients about modalities and products
• assist with store operations.

Why this role

A current esthetician license is required. Cryoskin and Hydrafacial experience or certification are preferred but not required.
