What you'll do

• Counsel business clients on employment law, workplace matters, compliance, and risk management
• advise employers on employee relations, policies, terminations, and discipline
• handle employment claims, disputes, and litigation
• draft, review, and negotiate employment agreements and policies
• conduct legal research and prepare legal documents
• communicate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and other parties
• manage matters and deadlines
• participate in client development and firm initiatives.
