Community Manager

What you'll do

• Lead one to two board, annual, or special meetings per week, including evening meetings Monday through Thursday
• partner with centralized accounts payable, accounts receivable, customer service, collections, maintenance, and architectural review teams
• conduct site visits
• oversee maintenance and administer compliance
• communicate with boards and homeowners
• interpret covenants and advise boards
• draft resolutions and written community policies.
