Facilities Maintenance Technician

The Facilities Maintenance Technician position is onsite in Pearland, TX, and pays $17–$25 per hour. The technician maintains and repairs restaurant and retail facilities across multiple trades, responding to scheduled and emergency work orders. The work supports safe, functional client locations through repairs, documentation, and coordination with account managers and coordinators.

What you'll do

• Maintain and repair restaurant and retail facilities and equipment
• perform scheduled and emergency repairs, including after-hours and weekend requests
• install, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing, electrical, flooring, doors, fixtures, and other items
• travel to regional facilities
• maintain materials and tools in the company vehicle
• follow safety rules
• document completed work with photos and written descriptions
• assess work orders requiring quotes.
