What you'll do

• Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and identify business expansion opportunities
• lead Account Executives in client service
• represent client and team needs with internal partners
• coordinate and deliver client business reviews
• track client deliverables, service-level agreements, goals, and requests
• identify solutions to client challenges
• develop annual business plans and monitor performance
• ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures
• develop improvement opportunities and business cases
• lead and mentor direct reports
• collaborate cross-functionally
• support sales and client pharmacy-benefit initiatives.
