Security Site Supervisor

The Security Site Supervisor role is onsite in Scarborough, ME, with starting pay of $24.40 per hour. The role supports contract compliance and service quality by coordinating staffing, scheduling, training, performance oversight, and client response.

What you'll do

• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and onsite training for assigned personnel
• ensure contract-required training and screening are completed
• monitor overtime
• inspect personnel and job performance for service quality and contract compliance
• handle payroll and incident report review
• assist with security surveys and post orders
• respond to client requests and make emergency notifications
• direct subordinates and make personnel recommendations.
