By partnering with recruiters and hiring managers and tracking pipeline performance, the recruiter helps meet hiring goals and improve candidate conversion and experience.

What you'll do

• Develop proactive sourcing strategies for Engineering, IT, Automation, and Operations & Maintenance roles
• manage concurrent requisitions and maintain candidate pipelines
• conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, networking, referrals, and calls
• identify and engage active and passive candidates
• screen and qualify candidates
• partner with recruiters and hiring managers
• provide market intelligence
• track outreach, response, pipeline, and conversion metrics
• maintain timely candidate communication
• optimize sourcing strategies
• attend and organize local job fairs and hiring events.
