What you'll do

• Prepare and serve nutritious, flavorful meals at proper temperatures and record temperatures as required.
• Plan meals, coordinate with the Registered Dietitian on residents’ nutritional needs, and make approved meal-plan changes.
• Order supplies as needed, oversee the tray line, label and store food using FIFO practices, remove expired or damaged items, and ensure equipment and work areas are cleaned and sanitized.
• Provide general shift oversight to dietary aides, follow sanitation and safety requirements, and respond promptly and courteously to call lights when working in resident care areas.
• The posting states availability to work nights and weekends is required.
