What you'll do

• Draft, review, revise, and negotiate commercial agreements
• support contract intake through execution
• advise on healthcare regulatory and compliance matters
• monitor relevant legal and regulatory changes
• assist with licensure and regulatory filings
• identify and communicate legal risks
• support dispute prevention and resolution
• coordinate with outside counsel
• assist with corporate governance and maintain legal records and processes.
