What you'll do

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical and mechanical systems and equipment
• review maintenance issues and work orders to prioritize and schedule work
• monitor and inspect assigned work
• inspect the property for maintenance needs
• plan and carry out maintenance programs
• service the hotel pool
• estimate department expenditures and assist with capital budgeting
• solicit and evaluate contractor bids
• recruit, mentor, train, and support facilities staff

• maintain the building exterior when not handled by a contractor
• respond to guest requests and complaints.
