It also provides hands-on support to other Food & Beverage outlets as business needs require.

What you'll do

• Lead and participate in banquet event setup and breakdown
• ensure spaces follow Banquet Event Orders and lodge standards
• inspect rooms
• coordinate with culinary, stewarding, and hotel departments
• coach and train banquet staff
• support other Food & Beverage outlets and restaurant or bar operations as needed, including hosting, serving, food running, and bartending support.
