What you'll do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and other personnel
• follow site security procedures and support emergency response
• respond to incidents, alarms, and access concerns and document actions
• conduct regular and random armed patrols of interiors, parking areas, entry points, common areas, and perimeter locations
• monitor access and assist with visitor, contractor, and delivery entry
• maintain armed post qualifications and report incidents to site contacts or emergency responders.

Why this role

Requires an Armed Guard Card or license, minimum age 21, high school diploma or equivalent, background investigation, drug screen as permitted by law, and participation in security training. Schedule includes Monday and Tuesday 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. and Friday and Saturday 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
