• Conducts comprehensive operational risk assessments.
• Establishes standardized approaches and frameworks.
• Leverages technology and data analytics to aggregate compliance data.
• Plans, directs, and executes operational risk assessments.
• Develops and maintains policies and methodologies.
• Oversees compliance engagements end-to-end.
• Drives implementation of risk and compliance standards.
• Identifies control gaps and emerging risks.
