What you'll do

• Operate and maintain the dishwashing machine
• hand-wash items that cannot be machine-cleaned
• dry and store dishes
• sanitize kitchen equipment
• sweep and mop floors and take out trash as needed
• report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards
• follow safety and sanitation protocols.
