The Neighborhood Improvement Clerk role is an onsite position in Eagle Mountain, UT, paying $21–$22.01 per hour. The clerk provides administrative and public-facing support, maintains records related to enforcement activities, and assists with code enforcement hearings. This work helps the division coordinate neighborhood activities and respond to public concerns and code issues.

What you'll do

• Serve as receptionist and primary contact for the Neighborhood Improvement division
• answer and route calls, relay messages, respond to inquiries and complaints, and prepare routine correspondence and reports
• maintain files and records
• schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
• maintain logs of contacts and inspections, code enforcement cases, and related records
• enter and retrieve information and photograph violations
• respond to public questions about code violations
• assist with hearing preparation by gathering evidence and sending letters and hearing orders
• record hearing proceedings.
