What you'll do

• Perform general, preventive, and emergency maintenance and repairs to buildings and equipment
• handle minor carpentry, plumbing, painting, drywall, and electrical upkeep
• inspect facilities and document findings
• support regulatory and fire-safety compliance
• conduct preventive inspections of fire alarms, sprinkler systems, and safety systems
• maintain logs and records
• plan schedules based on facility needs
• and respond to emergency calls.
