The Behavior Technician — Applied Behavior Analysis role is onsite in Clinton, Massachusetts, providing therapy directly in children’s homes. Pay is $20–$25 per hour. Applied ABC’s provider network supports families on their journeys with autism and provides family-focused therapy services. Working under a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the technician implements one-to-one behavioral intervention plans, collects session data, communicates with supervisory staff, and participates in continued training on applied behavior analysis techniques.
