What you'll do

• Assist the National Director with billing and collections policies and procedures
• conduct general and specialized training
• communicate billing processes, payer rules, and compliance information
• evaluate productivity and staffing needs
• implement billing workflows and goals
• interact with Medicare DME regional carriers as needed
• hire, train, direct, and evaluate employees
• oversee center consolidation and merger
• manage billing center managers and supervisors
• prepare reports and action plans
• resolve problematic issues
• coordinate with audit, compliance, operations, and sales.
