Reach Truck Operator

The Reach Truck Operator role is onsite in New Castle, DE, with compensation of $20–$22 per hour. The position is a temporary assignment through Goodwill Staffing Services in a high-bay warehouse. The operator moves, verifies, and stages pallets using a stand-up reach truck and warehouse systems. Accurate, safe handling supports inventory integrity and keeps outbound shipments moving on schedule.

What you'll do

• Operate stand-up reach trucks to retrieve and put away pallets at heights of 25 to 35 feet
• maneuver safely in narrow aisles
• complete and document daily safety checks
• use RF scanners and SAP Warehouse Management for pallet transactions
• pick and stage outbound shipments
• verify product codes, quantities, and pallet integrity
• report hazards
• meet pallet movement targets while avoiding damage
• coordinate with floor leads.
