Accounting Specialist

What you'll do

• Support accounts payable, invoice entry, approval workflows, and payments
• support travel and expense processing and related liability reconciliations
• manage cash activity, bank statement uploads, cash matching, and bank reconciliations
• prepare journal entries and account reconciliations for month-end close
• maintain vendor records and assist with 1099 reporting
• partner with internal teams on expense classification and invoice processing
• contribute to cash management and forecasting
• support internal controls, audits, compliance, automation, and system improvements.
