Financial Controller — Construction & Government Contracting

What you'll do

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and work-in-progress reports
• oversee general ledger, payables, receivables, payroll coordination and reconciliations
• maintain controls and audit-ready records
• oversee job costing, project cost tracking, subcontractor accounting, billing and revenue recognition
• monitor budgets and project performance
• coordinate outsourced accounting firms and external CPAs
• support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, tax preparation and audits
• identify financial risks and process improvements.

Why this role
