What you'll do

• Drive to scheduled client sites and communicate delays
• install and set up computer hardware, software, and peripherals
• troubleshoot workstations and printers
• support connectivity issues involving ISPs, wireless networks, DHCP, DNS, VPN, RDS, and Citrix
• guide clients on technical standards
• identify recurring issues and initiate problem tickets
• recommend improvements
• maintain accurate timesheets and troubleshooting notes
• participate in an on-call rotation of one week every three to four months.
