What you'll do

• Supervise and train maintenance staff
• manage vendor relationships and work quality
• maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, roofs, and gutters
• oversee apartment turns and move-in readiness
• track tools and supplies
• oversee pool cleanliness and safety
• lead safety and compliance efforts
• coordinate routine and emergency maintenance with the Property Manager
• assist with hiring and onboarding
• monitor expenditures and maintenance budgets
• respond to resident needs.
