What you'll do

• Provide therapeutic mentoring and PRP services to an assigned youth caseload
• support social, emotional, behavioral, and independent-living skills
• complete assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and required documentation
• facilitate individual and group skill-building sessions
• collaborate with families, therapists, schools, and community resources
• participate in supervision, meetings, training, and continuing education.
