The director supports Avint’s Delivery, Growth, Innovation, and Executive Leadership functions and serves as an advisor to the CEO and leadership team. The role translates company strategy into scalable operations by leading financial operations, people and recruiting operations, contracts and procurement, compliance and quality, facilities, and administrative processes. It develops operating standards, controls, metrics, and a high-performing Business Operations team to support continued growth.

What you'll do

• Lead financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• oversee HR, recruiting, workforce planning, contracts, procurement, compliance, quality, facilities, and administrative operations
• lead cross-functional initiatives
• maintain executive dashboards
• manage and develop Business Operations staff.
