Civil Construction Project Manager

Job overview

The Civil Construction Project Manager role is hybrid in Buda, TX, with 50% local-area travel. Pay is $80,000–$110,000 per year, plus a performance-based bonus. The role supports Dynamic Site Solutions’ commercial and residential site development projects and its employee-owned company. The project manager owns civil construction projects from contract award through closeout, coordinating field operations, clients, schedules, procurement, documentation, and financial performance to deliver projects safely and protect profitability.

What you'll do

• Manage site development projects involving earthwork, underground utilities, paving, and grading
• develop schedules and identify logistical risks
• direct project buyout, procurement, and contract documentation
• track budgets, forecasts, and cost-to-complete
• prepare and process RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• coordinate with field superintendents on crew productivity and staffing
• build client relationships and resolve project issues.
