The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is onsite in Dumfries, VA, with pay of $22–$28 per hour. Blossom ABA Therapy provides Applied Behavior Analysis services for individuals with autism spectrum disorder. Working under board-certified behavior analysts, the technician implements individualized treatment plans and tracks client behavior and progress. The role contributes to coordinated care by maintaining a safe therapeutic setting and supporting families and caregivers.

What you'll do

• Implement behavioral interventions and treatment plans designed by board-certified behavior analysts
