**PRS Facility Location:**. EMD HQ LaGrange, IL - 400. The Locomotive Monitoring Center (LMC) Manager is responsible for managing the LMC team, currently consisting of 19 direct and indirect reports. They will be responsible for developing and monitoring KPI's for the LMC team, along with preparing executive level presentations.
