Production Shift Lead — Nights, High-Speed Line

What you'll do

• Assist the Production Supervisor in leading a team of 6–8 production employees
• train production and injection-molding staff
• promote and enforce safety guidelines
• lead, motivate, and delegate production personnel
• spend at least 95% of time on the production floor supporting employees
• assist with equipment setup, training, and troubleshooting
• complete and document packaging and food-safety quality checks.
