What you'll do

• Review drawings, specifications, scopes, photos, and bid documents
• assist with cost estimates and proposals
• perform quantity takeoffs
• request and compare vendor, supplier, and subcontractor pricing
• calculate material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs
• track deadlines, revisions, addenda, and estimate updates
• communicate with internal team members
• maintain estimate and project records
• support project managers and senior team members.
