What you'll do

• Support procurement and supply chain operations using enterprise procurement applications and ERP systems
• analyze workflows and identify process improvements
• partner with procurement, supply chain, IT, finance, and business stakeholders
• assist with implementations, upgrades, integrations, testing, and user acceptance
• troubleshoot application issues
• maintain process documentation and user guides
• support change management and training
• monitor system performance
• help ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and internal controls.
