Sales Manager

What you'll do

• Train and mentor outside sales representatives and business development specialists
• set KPIs, quotas, and territory plans
• review the sales pipeline
• accompany representatives on presentations
• develop referral relationships and preferred contractor placements
• represent the company at regional industry associations
• use the CRM to track pipeline and ROI
• coordinate project transitions and community outreach.
