Concierge

Job overview

The Concierge role is onsite at the Lake Anne community in Reston, VA. Pay is $18–$21 per hour. The concierge provides general office support for the community and reports to the Community Manager. By welcoming residents, prospects, and visitors and handling calls and deliveries, the concierge supports daily communication and service at the community. The role also helps residents and prospects access local information and follows up on completed maintenance requests.

What you'll do

• Greet residents, prospects, and visitors
• answer calls and direct them or take messages
• provide information about restaurants, transportation, and local events
• accept and track packages
• maintain the refreshment area
• follow up on completed maintenance requests
• occasionally receive and direct mail and assist with clerical tasks.
