What you'll do

• Conduct in-home consultations and home assessments across Oahu
• present solutions based on homeowner needs
• build trust, educate customers, handle objections, and guide decisions and contracts
• follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline
• generate referrals and new business through customer and community relationships
• track sales activity and performance
• use sales tools and provide process feedback
• participate in coaching, training, and ride-alongs
• collaborate with production and project teams
• represent ProBuilt Hawaii professionally and with integrity.
