What you'll do

• Respond to prospective and existing customers by phone, email, and online
• understand customer needs and recommend services
• convert incoming leads into booked jobs
• maintain customer and job details in ServiceTitan
• schedule appointments and follow-ups
• handle rescheduling, cancellations, and service questions
• explain services, pricing, processes, and availability
• coordinate with technicians and management
• and follow up on open estimates and unsold jobs.
