What you'll do

• Responsible for obtaining quality blood samples using a variety of phlebotomy methods for all age groups.
• Methods may include venous, capillary, arterial, and line collections.
• Provide rapid response to medical emergencies such as traumas and codes.
• Interact with patients, nurses, providers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Accurate patient identification, quality specimen labeling, handling, and transportation, answering phones, assisting with the training of students and new employees.
