The accountant maintains accurate financial records and supports timely billing, payments, reconciliations, and compliance tasks. The role coordinates recurring finance workflows across accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, cash reporting, tax documentation, vendor resolution, collections, and payroll support.

What you'll do

• Process accounts payable runs and enter vendor invoices into QuickBooks
• reconcile corporate credit cards and Ramp expenses
• manage tenant, warehouse, utility, and boat-storage billing, including utility calculations and late fees
• prepare weekly cash reports, maintain tracking sheets, process deposits, and code bank transactions
• record general ledger entries and reconcile unearned revenue and balance sheet accounts
• maintain operational and financial reports and rent rolls
• prepare sales tax documentation and assist with filings and tax deposits
• reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• respond to bank disputes and vendor inquiries
• coordinate collections and auction notices when necessary
• process incident-related billing and assist with payroll general ledger imports.
