The role also supports menu planning, kitchen setup, team task delegation, inventory replenishment, and daily opening and closing procedures.

What you'll do

• Create menus based on season and customer research
• set up kitchen tools and equipment
• prepare and present food
• supervise and delegate tasks to team members
• maintain inventory and restock as needed
• follow food-safety regulations
• participate in kitchen opening and closing procedures
• perform other duties assigned by the head chef or management.
