Lead Designer – Print Applications

Job overview

The Lead Designer – Print Applications role is onsite in Roselle, IL, with compensation of $75,000–$95,000 per year. The role supports M&R’s Product and Commercial teams and works across Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, Applications, Sales, executive leadership, customers, and outside partners. The designer creates and prepares artwork from concept through production-ready output, combining creative design with prepress and production expertise. The work supports product demonstrations, marketing, customer trials, training, and print workflows by ensuring artwork, separations, and output profiles are technically prepared and validated.

What you'll do

• Create company, marketing, branding, product, sales-support, demo, trade show, and event artwork
• adapt artwork for substrates, print methods, and machine configurations
• produce screen-print color separations
• analyze and prepare digital files for print
• support digital RIP software setup, testing, and integration
• troubleshoot output issues
• document preparation standards
• communicate workload and timelines across teams.
