What you'll do

• Respond to resident service requests
• diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and carpentry issues
• communicate progress and estimated completion times
• assist with make-ready work for vacant apartments
• maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities
• inspect the property and report safety or maintenance concerns
• organize equipment and supplies
• participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
