Job overview

The Server role is part-time in Waukesha, WI, with a schedule of one day a week between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. and every other weekend. Pay is $16–$17 per hour. The position serves residents and guests at Mission Creek, part of Vista Senior Living Management’s network of senior living communities. The server supports residents’ dining experience by taking and delivering meal orders, responding to requests, and maintaining a safe, professional dining environment. The role also communicates resident concerns to the Dining Services Manager and assists with room service and dining-area tasks.

What you'll do

• Take food orders and relay them to kitchen staff
• deliver meals to residents and guests
• respond to requests
• report resident comments or concerns to the Dining Services Manager
• assist with bussing, resetting tables, and room service as needed
• complete assigned side work
• follow food-handling health codes
• attend training and pre-shift meetings
• and handle dining equipment safely.
