What you'll do

• Provide customer service and follow site-specific procedures and residential property policies
• respond professionally to incidents and resident concerns
• conduct regular and random patrols of common areas, entrances, exits, grounds, and perimeter
• monitor access points and visitor activity
• document incidents and complete required reports
• maintain a visible presence and communicate with residents, visitors, staff, and emergency responders.
