What you'll do

• Conduct site surveys and customer interactions
• attend status and scheduling meetings
• gather information during job walks for quotes
• develop rigging crew schedules
• coordinate with operations to meet volume, cost, quality, safety, and schedule goals
• participate in hiring, coaching, and training crews
• coordinate safety training and incident investigations
• organize project information and monitor costs and progress
• communicate with contractors, designers, and owners
• prepare status reports
• manage rigging, installation, and crating crews at job sites.
