What you'll do

  • lead site evaluations
  • coordinate student clinical rotations and placement documentation
  • coordinate evaluations of sites, student experiences, and faculty performance
  • supervise and support adjunct clinical faculty and administrative staff
  • oversee faculty hiring, onboarding, and training
  • manage student compliance and orientation
  • communicate with students, faculty, and clinical partners
  • participate in advisory board meetings
  • and support nursing program policy, assessment, and continuous improvement.
